HAI Robotics seeks a Resident Support Engineer with a background in warehouse automation.

You will be responsible for the ongoing successful operation of Hai Implemented systems at your resident location and reporting to our Customer Service and Support Department.

Your role will support project diagnostics, response, measurement, and automation, contributing to the operational scalability necessary for the platform's exponential growth.

Assist in configuring firmware for various hardware components like robots, conveyors, servers, and scanners.
Collaborate in software testing during project implementation and support.
Offer ongoing support and maintenance to our robotics systems during and post-deployment to ensure seamless operations of HAI products.
Test the fully integrated HAIQ-Warehouse Management System with customers or vendor sub-systems.
Conduct site inspections and evaluations, overseeing grid line marking and floor DM code adherence.
Ability to perform basic DevOps operations.
Qualifications At least an associate's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electrical Engineering OR equivalent experience or technical training.
Entry-level exposure or knowledge in supporting AGV, ACR, or AMR solution implementations Some knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS integration and PLC, but not required Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Preferred experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, SQL, and scripting for task automation Basic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and routers Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset Proficiency in Chinese (advantageous but not mandatory) Basic understanding or knowledge of DevOps philosophies Must be willing to live in at the location of the assigned project for the life of the contract Travel is 5 to 10% of your time for training or other support opportunities
