Resource Manager

Description:Staffing of the right resource, at the right time, and at the right costPartners with AMER/LATAM business leaders to understand and execute labor assignments across various project types. Determines type of labor (badged or partner) and site location to align with strategy & scaling goals. Communicates daily with Project Managers in order to understand customer labor requirements, while also providing optimal utilization for our technical staff executing on the project requirements. Partners with Strategic Resource Manager for weekly successes, shortcomings, risks and recommendations.

Accurately staff requests that fall into your assigned queue via tools providedDevelop understanding of organizational strategy and execute on processes as designed to search for quality role candidatesEffective time management and prioritizationDevelop relationships with & communicate regularly with internal stakeholdersBe cognizant of staffing trends and volumes to identify demand/capacity gapsProblem solver to deliver quality output for optimal results within defined Service LevelsWork with our strategic partners for recruiting and staffing contractors within the agreed upon rate card
Requirements:1-2 years' experienceNegotiation and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, well developed interpersonal skillsExcellent MS Office Suite SkillsBilingual (Portuguese & English, Spanish would be a bonus)Requested/Nice to have:Salesforce, ServiceEdge experience
