Digital transformation support
- Supports the digital transformation process in his/her organization
- Analyzes the level of digital maturity of his/her entity and drives the teams to build recommendations and action plan (ex: governance, organization, processes, modus operandi).
- Identifies and recommends tools and methods adapted to the needs of the teams by calling out relevant domain experts (digital tools, collaborative tools, methods, trainings )

Network Animation
- Supports and feeds the network of " community managers " (job experts which their communities) and/or project managers and teams in his/her perimeter by highlighting best practices (internal and external) and successes
- Participates in the animation of a worldwide Digital Transformers network
- Realizes benchmarks of other companies on the digital usages and innovative practices

Training & Communication

Supports teams in handling and developing skills on these new ways of working

O Contributes with the Business Communication Partner to the building of the communication plan towards all the targeted populations

O makes sure of the managerial commitment and portance

O Identifies needs in upskilling and associated trainings

O makes sure training plans are implemented and efficient

O Supports from a technical point of view the key users

O Coaches operational teams in obtaining their results
