Caterpillar's Construction Industries Services Division (CISD) exists to support enterprise efforts to deliver value-added services to customers.
By enhancing customer value, Caterpillar and our dealers create the opportunity to profitably grow our businesses while reducing the impact of market cycles.
In this role, you will drive revenue and growth for the Construction Industries aftermarket services business for Caterpillar dealers, focused on the Retail segment, in South Latin America.
You'll communicate targets and follow established sales processes focused on the end customer.
You will also provide leadership, guidance and counsel to optimize dealer sales through process improvements, in addition to leveraging opportunity management systems and processes to Caterpillar's benefit, while recognizing and respecting the independence of the dealer.
**Job Profile / Activities**:
- Drive aftermarket services sales with South LATAM dealers (Sotreq, PESA, H.Petersen, Finning, Ferreyros);
- Develop and implement aftermarket services growth plans for the retail segment, in collaboration with assigned dealers;
- Track opportunity, participation and closure rates for Marketing Priority Service Events (MPSE);
- Develop local action plans leveraging Caterpillar's eCommerce platform;
- Increase dealer closure rate for parts & service sales opportunities, leveraging marketing campaigns to maximize sales result;
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensure implementation of corrective actions where needed;
- Champion and influence change related to Caterpillar parts & service support strategies, products, and services, for the Retail customers;
- Partner with & influence internal parties to ensure general customer needs are met for an effective relationship;
- Train dealers on strategy, discussing sales funnel and identifying ways to improve results.
**Basic Qualifications**
**Education**:Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing
**Experience**:2+ years of experience in areas related to Aftermarket, Prime Products or Marketing, Product Support and/or Technical Support
**Language**:Pre Advanced English / Intermediate Spanish
**Travel**:50-75% of the time
