Range: $18.08 - $19.71
Main Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and advising them on Skechers' products. Execute detailed stock and product management routines; merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience. Help train store employees on product knowledge and visual marketing standards. Keep an overview of daily operations and troubleshoot any concerns with store management. May be responsible for the opening and closing of the store as needed. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees. Enjoys solving problems and acts with a sense of urgency. Comfortable communicating with all levels of the store team. Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service. Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
