As a Sales Associate in luxury retail, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized shopping experiences, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your goal will be to drive sales while embodying the brand's values and offering a premium customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing a deep understanding of the products, brand heritage, and the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional, personalized service to all clients, ensuring an elevated and memorable shopping experience.
Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective client engagement, product knowledge, and strategic upselling.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing follow-up communications and cultivating loyalty through attentive service.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products, including features, benefits, and availability, in order to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store environment reflects luxury standards through impeccable presentation and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock control and management, ensuring products are always available, displayed properly, and accurately recorded in the system.
Brand Representation: Act as an ambassador for the brand, embodying its values and contributing to the overall store culture.
Skills & Qualifications:
The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience within an Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Visual Merchandiser role, ideally within the Apparel & Sporting Goods, Retail and Luxury Fashion industry.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
