Responsibilities: Responsible for the complete E2E solution from a functional perspective; Accountable for solution consistency and alignment with the overall Enterprise Architecture; Work with the relevant project teams to provide guidance on solutions and procedures to address future state business requirements; Review the potential need for bespoke development within the relevant product footprint Where Design Authority input is required to the relevant solution, assist Business and the System Integrator to provide suitable options and a recommended approach to resolve issues; Prepare the relevant business team to make decisions regarding configuration, implementation and process changes; Work through scenarios based on leading practices in other similar large-scale projects on how to best avoid customizations within the product set; Offer advice to the project team regarding transition planning including impact on product configuration, process design, integration and change management from current to future state. Assist in the development of a comprehensive implementation plan. Experience: Strong experience in latest Oracle Retail versions, and preferably on any cloud version. 8+ years of experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising modules (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM) 5+ years of experience as Oracle Retail Solution Architect Functional and Technical knowledge of one or more of the following Merchandising modules: RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM Experience with translating business requirements to solution design Experience working in a large systems integrator preferred. Strong inter-personal skills (developing trusted relationships, team-working, sharing ideas and knowledge) Ability to identify and proactively solve problems Demonstrated time management skills. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Fluent in English. Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate to system implementation. Strong consulting skills. Flexible & easily adaptable to changes.
