**In this role, the main activities you may expect are**:
As a Revenue Analyst II, you will have an exciting opportunity to work with Americas dealers, Engine Industry teams, and Pricing personnel to support Caterpillar and dealers' profitable growth.
This work includes administration, evaluation, and audit of special pricing assessments (SPARS, sales variance programs), as well as completion of annual dealer discount audits.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to a nalyzing actual special pricing program financials with approved program terms & conditions and determine recoveries to be made; analyzing data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, root causes, etc.
; im plementing process improvements to achieve Engine Pricing and Industry goals; work with the global team of Washout Analysts to identify systems enhancements; t raining and presenting within Engine Pricing, to dealers, and to internal partners; d eveloping and maintaining internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation, testing and validation of these controls; o ngoing analysis and reporting of results to leadership and preparation of monthly SOX reporting.
**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:4 year college degree concentrated in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, accounting, or related field

**Experience**:2-3 years prior experience as a Revenue/Pricing Analyst or equivalent level job in a management role in 6 Sigma, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or related field

**Skills**: Analytical ability (Excel intermediate), initiative, results oriented, customer focused, effective communicator (written and oral communications), with strong problem solving, decision making, project management and teamwork skills.
**Language**:English advanced, Spanish intermediate
- Strong analytical ability and initiative, high level of interpersonal skills and an effective writer and oral communicator
- Experience working with Caterpillar Dealers is a plus
