About The Role
The
Revenue & Marketing Operations Manager
will play a crucial role in optimizing both marketing and revenue operations, enhancing end-to-end processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
This hybrid role requires someone adept at aligning marketing campaigns with revenue objectives and optimizing the entire customer funnel.
You'll manage CRM integrations, data governance, and automation, bridging marketing and sales to maximize efficiency and impact.
In this role, you'll bring expertise in analytics, strategy, and process optimization, creating a seamless flow of data and insights across the organization.

Data & Analytics Management
Track Key Metrics : Build, maintain, and refine dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on marketing (e.g., conversion rates, campaign ROI) and sales metrics (e.g., pipeline coverage, customer lifetime value).
Data Governance : Implement data governance practices to ensure integrity and compliance across all marketing and sales activities.
Analytics & Insights : Manage and interpret data flow between marketing and sales systems, enabling optimized funnel performance and accurate reporting for strategic growth decisions.
CRM and Automation Expertise
Manage CRM and Automation Tools : Own and optimize tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo, supporting both marketing and revenue operations.
Workflow & Process Automation : Develop and implement automated workflows to support seamless lead handoffs, pipeline tracking, and customer journey management.
Revenue-Driven Campaign Execution : Optimize marketing and sales automation for targeted outreach and efficient lead nurturing, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives.
Process Optimization & Funnel Management
End-to-End Funnel Strategy : Design and implement scalable processes that ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Continuous Improvement : Regularly evaluate and refine internal workflows to drive efficiency, incorporating feedback to stay agile and growth-focused.
Support Alignment Across Teams : Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps to streamline information flow, maximize campaign impact, and enhance customer experiences.
Strategic Collaboration & Communication
Cross-Functional Leadership : Serve as the bridge between marketing, sales, and RevOps teams, working to align strategies and workflows for overall growth.
Identify Bottlenecks : Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency and scalability.
Drive Revenue Objectives : Ensure marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives are aligned with overarching revenue goals, supporting both tactical and strategic outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Experience : 5+ years in a combined marketing/revenue operations role within a high-growth SaaS or digital marketing environment.
Data Analytics Skills : Comfortable with both marketing and sales metrics, with the ability to track, report on, and influence outcomes.
CRM and Automation Expertise : Deep familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo to support marketing and revenue operations.
Strategic Thinker : Proven ability to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and optimize end-to-end funnel performance.
Process-Oriented : Successful track record of building scalable workflows and automation to enable seamless transitions between marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Collaboration Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with marketing and sales leadership.
