About The Role The Revenue Operations Manager will oversee key operational functions, driving efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination across IT, data governance, and knowledge base management. This individual will manage the IT function, contribute to data reporting and governance, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to maintain and optimize the internal and external knowledge bases. The Revenue Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping scalable processes as the company grows, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. You're excited about this opportunity because you will IT Management: Oversee the IT Help Desk Specialist, ensuring efficient execution of onboarding, offboarding, and software/application management processes. Collaborate with the IT specialist to optimize and automate processes for user management, software updates, and internal tech support. Ensure that the IT function aligns with overall business objectives, driving both day-to-day efficiency and long-term scalability. Data Governance & Reporting: Develop and implement data governance strategies, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance. Lead the preparation and presentation of regular operational reports, focusing on key metrics that drive business outcomes. Leverage automation tools and directly manage HubSpot integrations to streamline processes and ensure efficient data reporting. Cross-Departmental Operations: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth coordination of operational projects, particularly those involving data management and workflow optimization. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve processes across teams. Support operational alignment with business objectives, ensuring consistent communication across teams. Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine internal workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency. Lead initiatives to automate manual tasks and streamline systems, collaborating closely with the Workflow Manager and other team members. Monitor industry trends and best practices, implementing new tools and technologies where appropriate. We're excited about you because you bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a SaaS, digital marketing, or technology-driven environment. Direct experience with HubSpot, including managing integrations, data governance, and process optimization. Proven track record of creating, documenting, and optimizing scalable processes for departments of at least 50 people. Experience designing and implementing scalable systems in a high-growth environment. Proven experience creating and tracking key operational metrics that influence business outcomes, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong leadership and communication skills, able to mentor and guide team members effectively.
