Summary: Sienna Charles, the premier luxury lifestyle company featured in magazines such as Forbes, is looking for a full-time Revenue Operations Specialist.
The ideal candidate needs to design, implement, and optimize automations that streamline sales processes, such as lead assignment, pipeline updates, and deal progression.
They should also ensure that automations trigger timely actions, like follow-up tasks and reporting updates while integrating data from various platforms to maintain accurate forecasting and revenue tracking.

CRM & System Management: Oversee the optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices for CRM utilization, including data entry standards, user training, and ongoing support.
Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance and pipeline health.

Workflow and Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance lead-to-revenue processes, identifying areas for improvement to maximize revenue and minimize friction in the sales cycle.
Design and implement workflows that facilitate smoother transitions between marketing, sales, and vendors.
Regularly review and update operational procedures to reflect best practices and evolving business needs.

Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to revenue operations, analyzing trends to provide actionable insights.
Prepare regular reports for leadership, highlighting performance against targets and identifying areas for growth.
Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and develop strategic recommendations to address them.

Sales Enablement and Training : Training and managing a team should develop clear processes and documentation around sales tools, data management, and reporting.
They must provide hands-on training on CRM systems, automations, and analytics, ensuring the team understands how to execute workflows efficiently.
Ongoing management involves monitoring team performance, addressing skill gaps through coaching, and regularly updating training materials to align with evolving business goals and technologies.
Persona Fit: The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving abilities.
You will be capable of driving operational excellence across departments and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and strategic thinking are essential.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Revenue Operations Specialist or in a related role.
Proficient in CRM systems, with HubSpot experience preferred.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights.
Location: The company is primarily based out of our Beverly Hills office location.
The job would primarily be remote.
Timezone: The job would be fully remote and be required to work in the EST timezone around 8 am-5 pm.
