Role Overview: We are seeking a RevOps & CRM Solution Specialist with a foundational understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot and a passion for RevOps, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations. This role is ideal for an individual looking to immerse themselves in the world of SaaS business models and B2B strategies, leveraging tools like Slack, Jira, Outreach, Gong, and more to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Organize: Spearhead operational improvements, optimizing go-to-market strategies and business initiatives to support partner growth. Improve: Conduct data analysis and workflow mapping to identify gaps and prioritize revenue-enhancing opportunities. Empower: Guide partners in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring projects are managed effectively and executed timely. Lead: Drive organizational change by engaging with senior stakeholders and overseeing key project deliveries. What We're Looking For: REQUIRED: Salesforce "Certified Administrator" certification; additional HubSpot and Salesforce certifications are a plus. REQUIRED: Comfortable working in a 100% English environment. REQUIRED: Willing to work in office 3 days a week. Experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, or a related professional services delivery role, particularly within an agency setting. Strong business acumen with an understanding of the SaaS business model and B2B environments. Basic familiarity with tools such as Slack, Jira, Outreach, Gong, etc., with a willingness to deepen technical knowledge. Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations, driving decisions, and engaging effectively with both team members and clients. Strategic thinker with the ability to break down complex problems, prioritize tasks, and devise effective solutions.
