About the PositionWe have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager and developing professional to make a difference in the Zone Rewards team at Kraft Heinz. The Zone Rewards Senior Manager position will support the management of annual zone cycles, processes and projects to support multiple business units across varying geographies in alignment with the zone strategy. As a member of the team, this position will partner with the local Rewards & HR teams providing advice and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensuring adherence to policies and processes. This role focuses on high-level analysis and implementation/execution.This role presents an opportunity to continuously improve, streamline and transform policies, routines, and special projects, such as Salary Range development, Job Evaluation, external Benchmarking, and Merit Process.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as main point of contact for Kraft Heinz Rewards colleagues that support Emerging MarketsProvide advice and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensuring adherence to policies and processesBuild and foster relationships with teams and colleagues across the Zone in different time zones, in order to collaborate and, when needed, challenge local practice to improve ways of workingReview, and approve/deny job evaluations for Lead & above levels using Hay MethodologyLead, support, and implement special projects improving compensation and Benefits programs and routines, e.g., Job Evaluation simplification, Salary Range Development, Merit process, local market specific allowances and benefits such as healthcare, dental, etc.Support key stakeholders, such as Market Rewards teams, Business Unit Rewards Leads in the execution of compensation routines and processesResearch and identify other opportunities for simplification/streamlining of compensation related process improvementsSupport annual salary survey participation for multiple countries, mainly focused on MercerQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, or related fieldUpwards of 5 years experience in Rewards / HR related fieldExperience in project management, prioritizing and planningFamiliarity with Hay Points evaluation methodology, and annual survey participation, preferredAbility to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.Advanced Excel skills and numeric & analytical capabilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in written and spoken EnglishInterest and some experience working with human capital management systems, such as Workday and related modules and software.High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.Personal integrity and ability to deal with and be trusted with confidential informationProfessional AttributesAnalytical: We are a very data driven company.
