**Key Responsibilities**
Lead and chip in towards capability building initiatives to drive the broader development of methodologies, tools, and groundbreaking practices.
Guarantee regional consistency and enable continuous evolution.
Empower Local RGM teams to:
- See and capture white-spaces & opportunities to uncover revenue growth
- Set the most productive and profitable portfolio, the best price-value position across platforms and packs and the most effective promotional guidelines
- Collaborate internally and externally to get excellent RGM strategies' execution, addressing challenges and delivering value for our key customers
**Qualifications**
- BA/BS in Finance, Management, Marketing or Engineering required, MA/MBA preferred
- Good understanding of Consumer Goods Business
- Experience collaborating in agile teams and E2E projects
- Good communication skills and ability to influence
- Ability to understand, analyze and decode Marketing Analysis, P&L, and Demand Forecast | S&OP
- Digital Dexterity, data literacy and Agile experience
- Sophisticated project management skills
- Proficient English
