**What You Will Do**
The RGM Jr Manager is the primary owner RGM TPO (trade promotional optimization) strategy and governance for all brands in the country. He/She is part of cross-functional teams and squads to accelerate the revenue growth in Kenvue Categories, gaining efficiencies and optimizing revenue to drive the profitable business growth ambition.This leader will work with local Squads, also as a key member of the LATAM RGM Capability Squad.
This role requires an experienced business leader with strong influential skills, capable of building effective partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to develop a significant shift in categories strategy boosting results, market share and profitability.

**What We Are Looking For**
**Responsabilities**:
- Continue driving the Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Agenda, focusing in generate the best promotional strategy per key retail environment, improving efficiency and profitability for both Kenvue and customers.
- Lead promotional efficiency analyses, being responsible for increasing the accuracy of return on investment (ROI) analyses, bringing advanced analytics with precise outputs that allow the optimization of our investment allocation
- Maxime all dashboard´s improvement to facilitate our team in monitoring performance and executing strategies, recommending the best tools to perform different analyzes and actively bring insights into opportunities
- Incorporate RGM mindset into added value joint business planning approach with customers in a way that creates revenue for Kenvue and to our customers.
- Represent Brazil in the RGM LATAM Squads to evolve the RGM model to a more impact full and relevant approach, to all sales, marketing and supply chain functions, incorporating omnichannel strategy and O2O view within the process and methodologies.
- Develop the team´s hard and soft skills to maintain and accelerate even more RGM area as a key talent developer for other areas of the Company.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Business/Economics or a quantitative discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in sales finance, marketing finance, sales excellence, marketing, trade marketing.
- Solid understanding of shopper principles & marketing principles
- Clear understanding of market share principles and previous use of Nielsen reports.
- Strong financial literacy including the ability to work with P&Ls.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Previous experience as a people leader.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with RGM desired.
