Support the RGM strategy design and execution tracking for Brazil.
Work with the RGM coordinator to lead RGM initiatives across Categories and Channels, with analysis and discussions, influencing category managers and directors.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES OR DUTIES, ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS)**
Support Revenue Management strategies design and execution tracking by coordinating and influencing multi-functional teams in each one of the 5 revenue management pillars: 1) Promotional Strategy 2) Mix Management 3) Price Strategy 4) Trade Architecture and 5) Innovation and Assortment.
- Develop proposals that enable YoY price-realization consistently above country food inflation.
- Assist the creation of promotional strategies by RE that improve ROI YoY via developing a price grid.
- Contribute with the innovation development discussion, taking into consideration enabling a better mix for the company, while ensuring competitive price proposals for our clients.
- Assess KBR commercial policies to ensure mix and ticket growth.
- Work with Insights and RGM Regional team to develop RGM tools taking into consideration internal and external business variables
- Act as a business partner to marketing and sales in developing commercial strategies via innovation, commercial agreements negotiation with clients, and promotional proposals.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g., mathematics, finance, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge
- Experience in Commercial areas.
- Deep Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics and key customers.
- Proven skills required: Financial & data analysis.
- English or Spanish intermediate skill, needs to be able to participate in meetings actively.
