Responsibilities :Conduct risk and portfolio construction analyses across various asset classes for clients and prospectsOffer timely support for clients in system use and result interpretationImplement system modules for new clientsProvide advisory managed services for complex workflows, methodology consulting, and actionable insights from data and analyticsProactively manage client accountsDevelop detailed Proof of Concepts (POC) for potential clientsSupport clients with system customizationsLead client communications and provide thorough product guidance and management of implementation projectsSet and manage client expectations with regular and transparent updatesDeliver user training and contribute to the development of training materialsParticipate in the quality assurance/testing process of software featuresCollaborate with teams across Product Development, Software Engineers, Quants, and Project ManagersContribute to enhancing product knowledge and internal documentationMinimum Requirements:Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in similar or related financial rolesRelevant professional experience, particularly in risk management, asset management, or related financial areasProficient understanding of risk management principles and financial instrumentsStrong skills in MS Excel, including advanced functionalitiesBasic knowledge in SQL or similar database managementFluency in English, both written and verbalCritical Skills:Proactive problem-solving abilitiesResults-driven with meticulous attention to detailEagerness to learn and adaptDesired Skills:CFA, FRM credentials, or active participation in related programsKnowledge in financial mathematics, statistics, and pricing of financial instrumentsFamiliarity with software development principlesSkills in Python and interest in data scienceExperience or interest in financial technology platformsOpenness to travel and engage with clients onsite—fostering strong client relationships
