Robotic Specialist Job Summary Frontmatec ASUAN is seeking a Robotic Product Specialist for the Brazilian and South American market.
The specialist will be responsible for the technical, operational, and commercial aspects of Frontmatec's robotic solutions portfolio.
Main Responsibilities • Lead the development and implementation of robotic solutions for the red meat processing industry.
• Drive the sales process of robotics solutions and open new markets in South America.
• Recommend new products and versions based on validated market needs and competitive offers.
• Serve as the technical reference for evaluating the performance (operating costs and ROI) of robotic products at customer sites.
• Participate in equipment testing at plants, report issues, and ensure necessary corrections are applied.
• Collaborate with the after-sales service team to analyze wear and spare part consumption, providing advice when anomalies occur.
• Conduct performance studies and gather 'Voice of the Customer' feedback.
• Promote the product among market influencers and decision-makers.
• Develop new marketing material and ensure that marketing documentation (videos, presentations, data sheets, case stories, technical articles) is up-to-date, notifying the marketing department when changes are needed.
• Ensure technical documentation (user manuals, spare parts manuals, etc.)
is kept current, notifying relevant departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with trainers to develop and update the required training plans for both internal and external users.
• Manage obsolescence and collaborate with engineering and after-sales teams to establish replacement plans.
• Record and categorize all improvement requests, reporting them to the Product Director.
• Work across cultures within companies that belong to the Frontmatec Group.
Position Requirements • Degree in electrical, mechanical, or process engineering.
• Knowledge of automation (mechanical, electrical, robotics, vision systems).
• Relevant experience, with knowledge of market potential and customer needs related to robotic product lines.
• Experience in the meat processing industry.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards in slaughterhouses and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced in English (spoken and written).
• Strong sense of customer service and organization.
• Business market development expertise.
• Analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Located in Brazil working remotely • Availability for frequent travel.
