This is a fully remote, short-term role (2-3 months) focused on internal product development.
Main requirements: We are looking for developers with great knowledge of Ruby on Rails for our web applications.
We are seeking high-quality ROR developers with the following skills: • Significant experience with Ruby 3.0+ on Rails 6.0+.
• Understands how to write efficient code.
• Writes automated tests for all new code by default, using gems such as RSpec.
• Front-end knowledge including HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• Uses Git for source code management.
• Experienced with Tailwind CSS.
• Ensures cross-browser compatibility (Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome).
• Knowledge and use of RESTful coding.
• Knowledge about PostgreSQL and database optimization (indexing, efficient queries, etc.)
is desirable.
• Linux server administration knowledge is desirable.
