Responsibilities:Implement and develop the SIOP process for the LATAM region.Select the best mathematic models to perform and support the business decisions for the SIOP process.Analyze the monthly forecast and demand plan, make recommendations or resolve any issues working closely with Offering and Commercial teams.Build the Constrained Demand Plan, presenting suggestions to mitigate issues.Establish relationships with suppliers in Americas, Europe, and Asia.Coordinate and lead the SIOP meetings. Get alignment on the plan and sign-offs from appropriate leadership.Interact with SIOP Global team, create and lead communication of monthly plans and attend any requirements.Drive continuous improvement of business SIOP to deliver ongoing improvements to maturity and results.Ensure KPIs are accurate and shared with the business in a regular, timely fashion.Support ad-hoc requests as needed.Back Up Planning Leader.Education & Certifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or mathematics.Requirements:Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.High capacity to interact with different levels within the organization.Minimum of 7 years of analytical experience performing detailed analyses.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet, and other business applications.Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.Excellent analytical skills and experience with analytical tools – MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.Proficiency in English language – speaking, writing, and listening. Portuguese will be an added value.Demonstrated capability to execute through challenges.Previous experience with ERP systems, Oracle or SAP preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
