**YOUR MISSION**:

- Supervise complaints made by consumers through different platforms, maintaining the analysis regarding adherence to internal policies for reimbursement;
- Prepare the control reports of the negotiations carried out by the SAC, contributing with information to the other areas;
- Prepare reimbursement requests for approved processes, contributing with assertiveness of information to the support areas.
**YOUR TALENT**:

- Analytical view, to prepare reports with demand of complaints received;
- Knowledge in using the platform Reclame Aqui, Consumidor.GOV and Procon online;
- Knowledge of the consumer protection code;
- Advanced Excel.
