We are in search of self-motivated, compensation driven Account Executives to drive sales initiatives and close sales. As a member of the KnowledgeCity Sales team, you will be engaging with businesses, government agencies and educational institutions within your designated sales territory (Eastern/Pacific/Central time zones) within the United States. Employing a consultative sales approach, you'll delve deep into client accounts to identify challenges that our solutions can effectively address. Compensation for this role is roughly 50/50. 50% base and 50% commission with the base at $15.00 per hour. Your Responsibilities: - This is a hunter role, we are looking for closers - Utilize strong discovery skills and in-depth product knowledge to understand customer needs and tailor value-based solutions. - Proactively reaching out to new leads to book your demos. - Leverage our tools and your expertise in sales and marketing to develop a robust multi-channel pipeline. - Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert them into loyal customers. - Maintain meticulous sales records, regularly updating customer details. - Deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers. - Highlight product features that directly address customer pain points. - Seal the deal Your Profile: - 3 years of SAAS sales within the US territories. - Demonstrate proficiency in handling consultative, long-term sales cycles within US territories. - Excel in asking probing questions, identifying client needs, and securing meetings. - Possess a hunger for cultivating a high-quality prospect pipeline and closing contracts. - Exhibit a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. - Capable of overcoming objections, displaying persistence, and building value. - Showcase excellent presentation skills, delivering compelling demonstrations to prospects. - Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation abilities. - Ability to prioritize opportunities, surmount obstacles, drive results, and finesse the sale.
