Join Wordly's fast growing global team!The LatAm Sales Account Executive will work closely with our executive team and other leaders in our sales & marketing organization. You will be responsible for selling Wordly AI software via web meetings, in-person meetings, and email, responding to high volume inbound and outbound contacts, prospecting, qualifying new business opportunities, closing sales, and collaborating with the marketing team members to improve sales process and Wordly's ability to attain quota.Our work environment is independent, encourages creativity and is a place where you can make a difference. We are seeking career-minded high-energy Sales Professionals to help Wordly grow.LatAm Sales Account Executive Responsibilities:Develop the LatAm market for WordlyFollow-up on in-bound leads from marketing programs and trade showsIdentify potential customers and set sales strategiesRespond to RFPsDevelop strong and long-term client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreementsGet customer feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagementTravel if needed to marketing events to assist in trade show booth activitiesResolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectivelyDemonstrate and communicate the Wordly value propositionCollaborate with Wordly leadership to identify potential marketing assisted sales campaigns to our defined targets and/or verticalsUse sales tools like Hubspot to maintain a current and accurate pipeline of dealsQualifications Required:At least 10 years of proven work experience qualifying and closing dealsExperience selling technology solutionsExperience with CRM software and MS Office or GSuite (particularly MS Excel/Google Sheets)An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metricsExcellent communication and time management skillsStrong analytical and negotiation skillsBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitudeBachelor's degree requiredExcellent collaborator with the skills needed to engage across multiple teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) and multiple geographies to drive the outcomes needed to ensure successProfessional, executive presence internally and externally.Experience in working with complex technologiesProficient with reading and speaking Spanish in addition to EnglishDesirable Additional Qualifications:Proficient with reading and speaking Portuguese in addition to EnglishExperience selling AV Equipment/Services or Language ServicesExperience selling B2B SaaS tech productsLocated in Los Altos, California, Wordly is an exciting tech startup that is looking to grow its engineering and GTM teams! From virtual meetings to large, in-person conference venues, Wordly strives to provide high quality, real-time translation services in 50+ languages to anyone, anywhere.Wordly caters to numerous customers around the world which include local organizations and businesses; government entities; Fortune 500 companies; and much, much more. While this is a fully remote position, office space in Los Altos, California is available for San Francisco Bay Area residents that wish to utilize it.
