Sales Account Manager (Brazil - South America)(Business Development Manager)
Responsibilities:As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the relationship with existing partners as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to distribute our accommodation inventory in South America. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in generating revenue through the acquisition of new clients. This role requires a combination of strong sales skills, relationship management and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Your key duties include:1. New Business Development:Ÿ Identify and target prospective clients with a strong presence in the market.Ÿ Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs and industry trends.Ÿ Assess and evaluate to ensure they meet the criteria for partnership, including integration methods (direct API, platforms), financial terms, and distribution channels.
2. Client Relationship Management:Ÿ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Ÿ Understand client goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.Ÿ Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
3. Account Management:Ÿ Develop and implement upselling strategies to increase booking volume within existing accounts.Ÿ Regularly assess account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.Ÿ Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.Ÿ Conduct in-depth analysis of account data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Ÿ Be creative in finding solutions to enhance commercial, technical and operational performance.Ÿ Use CRM to maintain an accurate database of contracts, activities, and communication with clients.Ÿ Act as a brand ambassador for RTX in your region
4. Internal Stakeholder Management:Ÿ Work closely with internal teams to solve issues, identify opportunities for synergy and enhanced efficiency.Ÿ Foster a culture of collaboration, encouraging open communication and knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications:Graduate with an associate's degree or higher.Possesses excellent oral and written proficient in English and Portuguese .Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in the Travel / Accommodation industry.Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce will be an added advantage.Familiarity with XML/API integrations is highly advantageous.Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.Outstanding analytical and numerical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel when necessary.
