You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and support teams to drive customer success.As a Cognyter you will:Identify sales opportunities in the Public Safety sector (Police and other government agencies)Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in Police and Public Prosecutor's OfficesPresent Cognyte's data analysis and security solutions, tailoring presentations to client needsPrepare and negotiate sales proposals and contractsManage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closingCollaborate with internal technical teams to ensure effective solution deliveryCreate and manage a pipeline of sales opportunitiesTrack project progress to meet deadlines and costsDefine and monitor sales targets aligned with business objectivesReport to the Brazilian Business Unit on activities, budgets, and business risksFor that mission you'll need:Availlable to travel 60% of the timeBachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields.Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in security technology or softwareEstablished relationships in Brazil's Public Safety sector (Military and Civil Police, Public Prosecutor's Office)Exceptional communication and negotiation skillsStrong ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience with government sales and regulations (e.g., Laws 8666 and 14.133, PPPs)Familiarity with sales processes like Meddic or SPINRemember: When you're curious enough, you don't need to check every box to apply.
