The Sales Admin will play a critical role in supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities, managing leads and opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication with customers throughout the sales process. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to assist in coordinating various administrative tasks and supporting customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Opportunity Management: Manage and update CRM systems with lead and opportunity data. Monitor and track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline. Ensure timely follow-up on new leads and opportunities. Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility. Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral. Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations between sales team members and prospects. Help in gathering and organizing pre-sales requirements and customer data. Coordinate with internal teams (such as technical, marketing, and finance) to ensure necessary information is available for proposals and presentations. Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to pre-sales activities and ongoing opportunities. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding updates, follow-ups, and next steps. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional interactions. Administrative & Reporting Tasks: Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and metrics for the sales team. Assist in the documentation and organization of sales processes. Maintain and update sales materials, templates, and presentations. Coordinate and track customer tasks, deliverables, and timelines. Team Collaboration: Support sales team members in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on customer needs. Assist in event planning and coordination of sales meetings, both internal and customer-facing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales support, sales administration, or a related role. Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with an ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in cybersecurity or technology-related industries. Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to quickly learn new sales software and tools. Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Platform
