Conduct proactive prospecting and cold calls to generate new leads
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Stay up to date with market trends to offer informed advice and solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (Real Estate experience is a plus!)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct prospecting and make cold calls effectively
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
