The Ideal candidate is a highly motivated, trilingual professional with a strong foundation in IT sales and customer support. They are a proactive communicator who enjoys engaging with customers, from initial lead generation through product demonstration and closing, especially for high-value plans. With experience in managing CRM tools like HubSpot or Apollo, they excel at tracking and nurturing leads, ensuring that no opportunity is overlooked. They are adaptable and tech-savvy, able to quickly understand and explain the company's products to a diverse customer base. The salary ranges from 1,200 USD to 1,500 USD per month, depending on the candidate's experience and seniority. Candidates from other LATAM countries may be considered. Candidates in a time zone outside of the western hemisphere will NOT be considered. The role is 100% remote. Primarily US hours, with some overlap with European and Australian business hours. Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers. Engage in lead generation and outreach during non-booked hours. Potentially close deals for larger plans (e.g., $7,000 or $10,000 annual plans). Oversee CRM management, possibly involving tools like HubSpot or Apollo Requirements: Fluent in English, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE A FLUENT PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH Trilingual (Portuguese, Spanish, and English preferred). Experience in IT sales and support. Knowledge or background in IT (desired, but not essential) - quick grasp of technology and the companys product features to assist customers efficiently. Strong interest in sales and outreach.
