Track and analyze KPIs in HubSpot and other platforms to measure the success of campaigns and projects.
Collaborate closely with Client Success and Sales teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Exhibit strong leadership and execution skills by leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including market segmentation, product positioning, and communication strategies.
Build and maintain engagement routines with customers and prospects to boost retention and conversion rates.
Lead and mentor the Marketing team, providing guidance and leadership to foster growth and success.
Support the Sales team with marketing materials and insights that enhance sales efforts.
Balance operational and strategic activities, focusing 80% on operational tasks and 20% on strategy.
Manage the sales pipeline and engage in prospecting activities to identify new business opportunities.Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced English proficiency.
Proven experience in commercial marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
Strong knowledge of agency management and partnership development.
Expertise in strategic marketing planning, with the ability to convert business objectives into actionable plans.
Advanced skills in marketing automation, specifically with HubSpot.
Experience in KPI tracking and analysis to assess campaign and project performance.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a history of successfully managing teams and projects.
Strong understanding of detailed marketing plan development, including engagement and retention strategies.
Familiarity with the EdTech market, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to industry trends.
Experience in executing B2B marketing programs, with expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and sales support.
