We help merchants lower their chargeback rates, promoting growth and scalability across their organization . We are seeking a sales assistant to join our rapidly growing team. This position would report directly to our VP of sales & marketing and would be client facing. Primarily focused on onboarding, sales administration and client servicing Responsibilities Work directly with the VP of sale and marketing assisting in sales and marketing administrative duties Asist in onboarding new clients, including gathering client data, updating our CRM and working with our operational teams Assist in marketing related initiatives, including, but not limited to events, social, and new business development Join and assist in client facing virtual sales calls, demos and partner meetings Operational, engineering and account management support as needed Qualifications: Minimum 3 Years professional experience working in customer service, sales, or marketing related roles Bilingual Portuguese & English. English must be at minimum professional level . Bachelor's Degree, with a preference in technology and finance related majors Strong written and verbal communication skills Achiever with a track record of success Strong organizational skills Self-driven with the ability to work in a remote environment A quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office and/or macOS Experience using CRMs Ideally: Native or Fluent English Fraud prevention and or chargeback management experience The desire to grow into a sales or client success manager role
