China Mobile International Limited (CMI) is looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Assistant to join our telecom sales team.
The ideal candidate will be multilingual (Portuguese, English, and Chinese), have excellent organizational and communication skills, and possess a strong drive to learn and grow.
Job Responsibilities: Provide support to the sales team in managing customer accounts and communications.
Prepare and maintain sales documents, including proposals, presentations, and reports, using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Track ongoing sales cases and ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
Conduct market research to gather insights about the telecom industry and competitors.
Travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and attend events, as required.
Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and market trends to enhance performance.
Take initiative to propose improvements in sales processes and contribute ideas for success.
Job Requirements: Languages: Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Chinese (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telecom sales or related industries.
Knowledge of telecom products such as IoT, 5G, and connectivity solutions.
