We're hiring remote sales professionals in Latin America for our US Clients. Our clients are various lead generation agencies and remote inside sales teams based in the US. This is a full-time remote, English-speaking role for a Sales Development Representative. The SDR will engage in outbound prospecting for potential clients in the US. The primary goal is to schedule introductory meetings for the Account Executives (AEs).We're looking for salespeople that want to...work for a US companywork remotelyearn in US dollarsThe pay range is between $1,750 - $2,500 per month + CommissionAbout the roleThis is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative. The SDR will engage with potential clients, generate leads, conduct sales activities, and contribute to business development efforts. The role will involve daily tasks such as prospecting, qualifying leads, making outbound calls and emails, using LinkedIn, and building relationships with key decision-makers.Daily TasksResearch accounts and identify key players using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc..Create sequences using outreach tools like Reply, SalesLoft, etc..Write cold messagingCold Calls & follow-upsSchedule intro calls for AEsEnter data into the CRMWork with the team to create plans for accounts & campaignsQualifications3+ years of work experience in B2B SalesFluent in English (full professional proficiency)Experience in outbound prospecting via cold email, cold calling, & LinkedInExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyCandidates must be based in Latin AmericaAdditional skills we'd like to see (not required)Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc...)Experience with lead databases (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc...)Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc...)The type of person we're looking for:Solution-oriented - actively looks for solutions to solve a problem Organized - manages their daily and weekly tasks efficientlyWell-spoken - Since this is a sales job, being able to communicate well is a mustDisciplined - Takes responsibility for finding ways to meet the quota, even if it's hardDriven - Continuous desire to learn and improveProfessional - presents themselves well during meetingsUltimately, we want people who take responsibility for their quota and their own personal development.
