We need a well-spoken and engaging Business Development Specialist who can thrive remotely, making outbound calls to targeted prospects, generating interest in our services, and coordinating in person meetings for our team. Compensation is $1500 USD per month plus commission. You will play a pivotal role in our sales team. This is an entry level position with significant commission and opportunity for growth if you reach your objectives. Job Requirements: Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills Extremely results oriented, with a focus of meeting/exceeding targets High level of resilience and positive attitude College degree Entry level experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software Experience cold calling or telemarketing Fully remote - ability to work autonomously Open to learn and take feedback Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Work includes but is not limited to: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation quotas Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients with goal of creating opportunities for sales team Articulate the value of our services and tailor communication to address specific needs of prospects Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes within our database Qualify leads based on established criteria and escalate qualified opportunities to sales team Execute email campaigns Assist with social media, digital marketing initiatives About JJ&S: We are A Great Place To Work Certified Company.
