Sales Development Representative

Premier Fitness Service (https://premierfitness.co/), a full-service commercial fitness equipment company that handles everything within the four-walls of the fitness space, is looking for a high-energy SDR who will be responsible for booking qualified leads for our sales director to close. What We Offer:

R$6,300.00 base salary per month + commissions

What You'll Do:

Outbound calling prospective clients to assess interest and buying potential
Booking qualified leads for an appointment with the sales director
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Collaborate with sales team for ongoing mastery of sales strategies and process improvement

Who You Are:

1 - 2 years of KPI-driven outbound sales experience
Vibrant personality with excellent command in English business language
Strong phone presence and tonality
Fast-paced and adaptable with a growth mindset
