Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and help provide an innovative inventory optimization solution for small businesses in the United States.
This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities: Make calls to potential clients in the U.S. to offer our inventory optimization solution.
Handle incoming customer calls, providing support for using our marketplace.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team to improve sales and customer service processes.
Requirements: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in customer service and/or sales.
Experience working with U.S. clients.
