Fraud Deflect is a full-service fraud prevention and chargeback management fin-tech. Offering pre-authorization consulting. Post authorization fraud deflection and interception services. We help merchants lower their chargeback rates, promoting growth and scalability across their organization. We are seeking a sales development representative to join our rapidly growing team. This will be a Jr sales role reporting directly to our VP of sales & marketing and would be client facing. The ideal candidate will be flexible, coachable, and excited to grow as a sales professional.
Responsibilities Work directly with the VP of sale and marketing assisting in sales and marketing administrative duties Asist in onboarding new clients, including gathering client data, updating our CRM Assist in marketing related initiatives, including, but not limited to events, social, and lead follow up Business Development, executing on outbound call down campaigns targeting new partners and merchants Take lead on SMB sized accounts, running full sales cycles and onboarding new clients Join and assist in client facing virtual sales calls, demos and partner meetings Operational, engineering and client success collaboration and support Requirements: Minimum 3 Years professional experience working in a sales / sales related role Experience generating leads through outbound cold calling strategies Bilingual Portuguese & English. Must be fluent in English. Bachelor's Degree, with a preference in sales, marketing, finance or technology Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) Achiever with a track record of success Strong organizational skills Self-driven with the ability to work in a remote environment A quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Computer literate with experience using Microsoft office and/or macOS Experience using CRMs Nice to have: Fraud prevention and or chargeback management experience
