Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline and helping us achieve our business goals.
We are seeking a smart and passionate individual who excels at cold calling and is eager to connect with potential clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Reboot Monkey's services and generate interest.

Identify and qualify leads through effective cold calling techniques and targeted outreach.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients by utilizing various lead generation strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads for further engagement.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in our CRM system.

Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for calls, meetings scheduled, and leads generated.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.

Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
