Lead Generation / Sales Development Representative Main responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads through proactive research across various sources, including social media, databases, events, and other platforms. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to initiate conversations with prospects, introducing the company, its products and services Develop a deep understanding of leads' needs and challenges, conducting inquiries and analyses to qualify their suitability as potential customers. Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing insights and information about qualified leads Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions with leads, logging relevant information into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Participate actively in training and updates about company products and services to enhance sales knowledge and skills. Continuously monitor performance metrics, such as lead conversion rate and average qualification time, and propose improvements in lead generation strategies as necessary.
