SDR Full Time We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our local team, focused on the Brazilian market. The SDR will be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling meetings, keeping the sales process flowing and the CRM updated, as well as supporting account executives in achieving sales goals in accordance with the expansion plan.Job DescriptionConduct prospecting to create sales-ready leads and opportunities through phone and email contact.Interact with prospects via telephone, LinkedIn and email with a high attention to detail.Understand customer needs/requirements and pre-introduce them to our products and services.Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.Skills & Experience1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS business-to-business (B2B) environment.Experience working with SDR tech tools such as CRM platforms, email tracking tools, prospecting tools, etc.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development.Full proficiency in English.Must reside in Brazil and have Brazilian Portuguese as your native language.Knowledge of the retail sector and staying updated on its current events will be a plus.Proficiency in Spanish is an additional asset.
