If you're ready to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and nurturing potential opportunities. As an experienced Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate outbound leads. You will be responsible for researching leads primarily in the US and EU markets to identify companies that might benefit from our innovative tool, Storydoc.As an SDR at Storydoc, your main goal is to find and connect with potential leads through various channels. The aim is to generate interest in Storydoc and schedule the first meeting with potential customers. Once the meeting is set, you'll hand over the contact to our team of Account Executives, who will take it from there, presenting our product and onboarding the new customers. Your role is crucial in initiating relationships and paving the way for successful partnerships.We understand that every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. As the first line of communication with a prospect, you have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.What you will do?Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels.Outreach: Initiate and manage communication with leads that are sourced from both organic, paid and cold proactive channels. The outreach methods include:Cold calls: contacting latest sign-ups.Emails: we want to be number one in their inbox and top of mind when it comes to collateral-oriented tools.LinkedIn and similar platforms: to create lasting and beneficial relationships.Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on established criteria before passing them to the sales team.CRM Management: Ensure the transparency and completeness of our CRM - HubSpot and manage your prospecting and forecasting.Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to align strategies (quarterly OKRs) and improve lead quality.Creativity: Produce new email campaigns and outreach practices to hit all goals and quotas.Experience: You are a top performer in Sales Development (SDR) or a sales role with 2+ years of experience - SaaS experience is a bonus but not required.Language Skills: You have excellent listening, verbal and written skills in English (C1 preferred); an additional language proficiency is a plus.Sales Quota: You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.Sales Strategies: You are excited to be using consultative and challenging sales strategies in a competitive market.Proven Experience: Proven experience sourcing your own sales opportunities.Your Competencies and SkillsNaturally curious with a desire to uncover customer pains and business goals and connect them to the value of Storydoc's Editor.Time management skills and ability to work either independently or through coaching.Always finding a way to ensure an appropriate level of pipeline coverage to achieve their targets.What are we offering?Exciting chance to play a pivotal role in the growth of a cutting-edge startup, contributing to the continued development of an acclaimed product.Remote first company – work from anywhere.Extended career growth opportunities - you can become our Account Executive.23 paid days off + public holidays.A brand-new laptop.Apply now at ****** is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
