Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionReporting to Brazil's Managing Director, you will create impact within our Growth capability.Responsibilities:Prospecting and qualifying leads.Manage relationships with leads from initial contact by email or LinkedIn to scheduling meetings.Use outbound tools for initial prospecting management, followed by personalized relationship-building.Engage with leads through email, LinkedIn, or phone to listen, understand, and adapt the sales pitch effectively.Schedule and confirm meetings.Monitor the progress of prospecting activities and planning future contacts.QualificationsPrevious experience as an SDR, especially with high-level leads (or their secretaries).Knowledge (by training or previous professional experience) of the marketing segments, communication/marketing/advertising agencies, or large companies with marketing structures.You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
