We are looking for a Sales Pioneer to join us on our mission to revolutionise how healthcare is delivered today. We empower software and apps with more meaningful health metrics and recommendations through a single API. Easily integrate, process, and embed data from hundreds of wearables. We are a seed-funded startup backed by some of the best investors like NuFund, Techstars, Stadia Ventures and more. This is a fully remote position. The Role Since we launched, we've seen strong initial traction. We've operated with a mix of sales and product-led motion, selling to a mixture of enterprise and small-mid-market customers. Until now, the Founders have led the sales motion. We're looking for someone to work closely with the CEO/COO and Product team to define, improve and iterate on the Sales Motion. You'll see yourself as someone who can grow into a leadership position, be closely involved in defining strategy, and be responsible for executing against it You aim to help us source new leads, generate the first conversations, pre-qualify the leads, and run the sales process. The idea is to continue building the SDR playbook hand-in-hand with the COO. You will attend all sales meetings shadowing the founders and helping to add some sales IQ to our sales cycles in the beginning. Over several months you should be ready to begin taking on more and more responsibility in managing deals by yourself. Further down the road, the idea is to take on a leadership role - starting to build out a Sales department here You will be responsible for: Assisting with client communications to facilitate new and existing business using Hubspot, Linkedin, and other client communication tools Driving movement across the sales funnel Building Lead lists, and prospecting (Networking and leveraging the networks of the founders, current investors, etc. will be key) We have a mix of manual and automated outbound prospecting in place already We have a Business Developer that supports these tasks Managing and closing deals Building long-term relationships with clients Defining the SDR playbook To excel in this role: ? Have previously worked at a startup would be a plus ? Seen a sales engine built over time ? A strong entrepreneurial spirit and can see themselves leading a Sales Organization further down the road ? Have some experience selling API products in healthcare would be a plus ? A genuine passion for Healthcare, Insurance, Fitness, and Wellness ? Experience using CRMs (we use Hubspot) ? English fluent Compensation: Fixed salary plus a fixed bonus for each closed deal.
