In this role you'll have to ... Spearhead the Direct Sales efforts of Refinery89 in Brazil. Close trading agreements with digital ad agencies in Brazil. Build and manage a pipeline of clients in Brazil. Conduct research to identify potential target clients and determine their needs. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new business. Present Refinery89's value proposition to clients and agencies and explain the benefits of partnering with us. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads. On day one we'll expect you to... At least 5 years of experience in digital display and video ad sales. Existing network with connections in agencies and direct clients in Brazil. Knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and landscape. Unmatched communication and negotiation skills. An unstoppable drive to succeed and achieve what you set out to do.
