We are a tight-knit, high-energy team that comprises Sales Development, Account Executives, and Sales Engineering. We value being a great team, achieving the extraordinary, and changing lives.The Sales Director role is mission critical to our Latam business, driving larger portions of revenue for the business by leading a team of Account Executives to success. You'll be working with a varied team of experienced account executives who are mostly new to Darktrace.Day-to-day you'll be inspiring, leading and coaching a dynamic and fast-paced sales team.Responsibilities:You'll be coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high producing sales team and in doing so generating revenue opportunities for the organisation. Day-to-day you'll be:Assisting with recruiting and training to grow and maintain the team,Formulating and executing on monthly and quarterly sales plans,Assisting your team with client and partner meetings, presentations, and negotiations,Coaching in the areas of sales/personal development, direction and focus,Conducting weekly forecast review and quarterly progress review sessions with each representative,Managing productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standards,Ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of systems that will make our team more efficient,Assisting in managing programs and campaigns to achieve target goals for team and individual representatives.Candidate requirements:We welcome applications from candidates who have a strong and consistent track record of hitting quota with larger deals as an individual contributor, along with experience of managing a team.You'll ideally have experience of selling cyber or SaaS, and you must be familiar with selling in a fast-paced start-up style organisation. It is likely that you have:4-5 years of software sales experience with a successful track record of winning new business at the enterprise level.1-2 years of successful sales management/leadership experience in an enterprise environment.Experience driving performance management and enabling the success of other individual contributors.Demonstrated success in forecasting, territory account mapping, research and planning, and running discovery meetings.The ability to travel within the region.Regional language skills would be strongly beneficial.Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer and partner focus, will be comfortable in a start-up style environment, and will be able to take the initiative to find solutions and make an impact.Please note - This is a full-time, contracted position. No benefits provided. You'll be rewarded with base and generous OTC.
