Our client is a Spanish SaaS company, ranked among the 10 most promising Startups in Spain and one of the most important in Europe, growing internationally across different continents.It currently serves thousands of customers in over 60 countries and has built a talented team of over 200 people, with headquarters based in Barcelona.ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a talented leader to launch and rapidly expand the team in Brazil. You will report to our Senior Sales Manager, who is seeking a right-hand person to replicate their successful market launch strategy in Brazil. You will act as a GM, taking on the responsibilities of securing an office, recruiting and hiring a team of SDRs and Account Executives, and working closely with the team to define our Go-to-market strategy.If you are excited to build something from scratch, this role is an amazing opportunity for you.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:You will set the objectives for your team, create sales plans, analyze data, and contribute to the company's growth.You will be responsible for leading your team to reach sales targets, establish the strategy, and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the sales team in Brazil.You will also be a culture leader in the office and drive engagement and connection across the team.We currently have companies in Brazil reaching out to us for help with their People Management needs. We have a strong tech stack to facilitate sales and a great marketing team delivering content in the Brazilian market. What we really need now is you to build the team!WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:You are a self-starter, independent leader with a passion for sales coaching.You have deep knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, and possess a strong skill set to share that knowledge with the team you are building.A history of taking on big challenges and finding success runs in your blood. Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR models is a must.You have 7+ years of experience in sales, with 3 of those being in a sales manager role for a software as a service company.Languages: Portuguese (fluent), English (fluent), Spanish a plus but not required.Industry: Business management software for small and medium-sized companies (Human Resources Tech a plus).Experience in sales hiring processes, with a strong network of sales reps to join your team.Training process: Sales methodology knowledge to achieve fast sales ramp-up and revenue growth.Lead by example, with strong sales capabilities and a goal achiever.Upon hire, you are willing to spend several weeks at our Barcelona, Spain HQ to train and meet the team.BENEFITS:The company offers a competitive salary, a positive work environment, and career development opportunities.
