KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and grow existing accounts in the assigned territory . Hunt for new business relationships and major accounts, with a strong focus on Telco and Cable (Communication Service Providers). Develop, forecast, manage, and close sales of the Incognito's solutions including products and services. Ensure growth in sales revenues through planning, execution and collaboration within the Incognito's functional teams: Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product Management and Customer Support . Meet Sales quota through effective planning, relationship building, pipeline generation and follow-up through on sales processes . Manage the sales administration function including required reporting and forecasting. Drive sales and abide by Incognito's sales policies, practices and procedures .REQUIREMENTS 10 years of experience in a high growth, communication service providers environment with a focus on OSS/BSS. BA/BS in business, marketing, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience. Contacts in the industry and territory (service providers, partners) . Demonstrated ability to influence customers, internal stakeholders and teams through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills. Possess superior written and oral communication, time management, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and collaborate to achieve vision. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
