Position Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Director & Partner Manager to join our leading Media Hub, dedicated to marketing and sales media products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the media industry landscape, coupled with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions leveraging our media products. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on utilizing our media products to meet their marketing objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, marketing firms, and direct advertisers to identify opportunities for collaboration. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other proactive sales techniques. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, showcasing the value proposition of our media products. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients. Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using CRM software (Preference with Knowledge in RD Station, PipeDrive, or Salesforce). Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales within the media industry, with a focus on Ad tech and sales media products. Deep understanding of the media industry landscape, including key players, trends, and technologies. Strong network of contacts within advertising agencies, marketing firms, and direct advertisers. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, and CRM software. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets. Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred.
