Sales Engineer

Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and the OSF Digital team, offering trusted advice and guidance. Facilitate workshops, sessions, and meetings to support pre and post sales cycles. Create solution architecture and design to support business needs and Salesforce best practices. Manage client engagements and stakeholder expectations, providing innovative and valued advice. Support the sales team by playing the technical advisory role during the sales cycle. Continuously develop your skills and stay updated on market trends. Contribute to pre-sales activities and support business development efforts. Uphold OSF Digital's values and contribute to a positive work environment. Requirements : Competencies 2+ years of project delivery experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com. Experience in presales, proposals, and estimation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent consulting, client engagement, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Understanding of modern workplace delivery frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, CI/CD, DevOps, Scrum). Team player who builds relationships based on trust. Salesforce certification is required. Skill Set 2+ years of project delivery experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com.
