We are looking for a person responsible for the commercial relationship with customers in the various industrial segments of the Uberlândia region, with the objective of adding value to the customer through products and services, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Main responsibilities: Visit the customers of your portfolio (factories and offices), acting in the strategic planning of visits, aiming to cover the established region.Work together with the application engineering team so that they can make analyses and technical propositions for problem solving and/or implementation of new projects in customers.To act in the technical specification of materials, through the collection of process data from the customer, in order to provide a product that meets the customer's process needs with the lowest application cost and with high durability.Prepare budgets and technical reports of products according to the needs of customers, in order to ensure competitive advantage to the business.Record information related to business opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.Keep customer records always updated, ensuring the integrity and quality of the information available to the team and for strategic decision-making.Convert customer visits into sales, collaborating with the achievement of the sales target plan established by the company.Monitor the invoicing of materials, with the help of the system's back log report and alignment with the factory, in order to meet the delivery deadline agreed with the customer and achieve the billing goal.Maintain customer relationship as part of the sales strategy and commercial management, providing support with information on delivery date, billing, installation and start-up of materials, ensuring their proper functioning and performance.Required qualifications: 3 years of experience with technical sales.Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry or Mechanical Technician.Knowledge in industrial processes.Experience in account management.Experience with Negotiation Techniques.Analytical ability to identify business opportunities from data.
