We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Manager Sales Engineer to join CAF's team.
The Senior Manager Sales Engineer is accountable for building the team, processes, and tools necessary for CAF's technical pre-sales and implementation stage while contributing to a world-class customer experience.
You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the sales and implementation process, deeply understanding each customer's needs and proposing a solution based on CAF's products and capabilities.
You will work closely with the sales and products team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
This position has high visibility from the Leadership team and is key to support CAF's exponential growth.
What you'll do
Lead the team that is responsible for the technical sales (pre-sales) and implementation (post-sales) phases of all CAF's customers;
Act as Sales Engineer for complex major deals, being the customer advisory by deeply understanding their flows and proposing CAF solutions on top of them;
Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting the technical advantages of CAF solutions and help the customer choose the best solution to solve their problem;
Become a trusted advisor and technical authority to clients, from technical staff to C-suite executives;
Work closely with the product team to support the backlog prioritization based on customer and business needs;
Coach 5 to 10 skilled Sales Engineers;
Provide technical consultations and responses to RFPs and RFIs;
Stay up-to-date with identity and fraud prevention trends and emerging technologies;
Manage the process of responding to technical questionnaires, involving internal teams such as Engineering, Security, Legal, etc.
What you'll need
At least 5 years of experience as a sales engineer and/or product management;
Have a deep understanding of CAF's product.
It is necessary to know exactly what it can and can't do;
You can roll up your sleeves and do the detailed work as well as lead teams to do so;
Can easily articulate complex product requirements to a diverse set of audiences;
